If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

No licence is granted to reproduce Platform content beyond personal, non-commercial use without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including decisions relating to schooling, property, or enrolment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform at any time without notice.

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and stored, including authentication and geolocation data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• violation of these Terms,
• reliance on information without independent verification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
